How Mii Bank Prevents Return Fraud

On returnable retail goods (e.g. sectionals, dining tables), cashback funds are held in Pending Balance for the duration of your 14-day return window. If a customer returns an item, the pending cashback and promoter cuts are clawed back with zero loss. If no return occurs, funds automatically release to their spendable wallet.
